LLB Florals Covid Update

Please keep in mind that we have made some changes to help us navigate through this uncertain time. Orders can still be placed online as normal and will be executed to our fresh and high standards. Our designers and team members are taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and health of our team and clients. All orders are subject to designer's choice depending on the season’s availability.

We will try our best to accommodate a specific delivery time request or change but unfortunately is not guaranteed.

When delivering, we have implemented the following procedures:

  • Our team will leave the bouquet in a safe and area and either knock or ring the doorbell and step back to a safe distance.
  • If there is no answer, we will then call or text the phone number provided to notify the sender/recipient that the delivery has been made.
  • If no one is home, we will notify the sender immediately with the option to place the bouquet in the a safe and shaded area or bring it back to our studio to reschedule for next day delivery with an additional delivery fee.

Please keep in mind that our stock availability is limited as freight/shipment restrictions and disruptions continue. We have always worked very closely with our local growers, suppliers, and venders to provide you with the freshest locally grown and/or imported products as possible so this will not affect most orders.
